Pluszerotwo Architecture collects only the information needed to deliver requested resources, understand an inquiry, and respond appropriately.
Information we collect
The private project review form may collect your name, email address, mobile number, project location and type, site status and area, budget, timeline, decision-makers, project brief, and links you choose to share. A request for Site Intelligence Note 01 collects your first name, email, current land or research stage, delivery consent, optional marketing consent, and basic referral or campaign information.
How we use it
Project information is used to evaluate whether the project and the studio may be a suitable fit, respond to the inquiry, arrange an initial conversation, and maintain a record of that correspondence. Note 01 request information is used to provide secure access, send the requested delivery email, record whether the guide was opened or downloaded, and understand which sources lead to useful conversations. Delivery consent does not add you to a marketing list. Occasional Notes and studio updates are sent only when the separate optional marketing consent is selected.
Who receives it
Project-review submissions are delivered through Web3Forms. Note 01 request records and access events are stored through Cloudflare, delivery emails are sent through Resend, and the relevant request status may be recorded in the studio's Airtable business-development system. These providers process information only as needed to perform their respective services. Information may be reviewed by the principal and, only when necessary, by an authorized member of the project team or professional adviser.
Retention and protection
Secure Note 01 access expires after seven days, although the request and consent record may be retained for up to 12 months for delivery support, measurement, and appropriate follow-up. Optional marketing details may be retained until consent is withdrawn. If no engagement proceeds, project inquiry correspondence may be retained for up to 12 months, then deleted when it is no longer necessary. If a professional engagement proceeds, relevant records may be retained for the duration required by the project, contract, professional obligations, and applicable law. Reasonable organizational and technical measures are used to protect the information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information, object to or withdraw consent for its continued processing, or raise a privacy concern. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully and may limit our ability to continue evaluating the inquiry or provide a requested resource. Marketing consent can be withdrawn without affecting access to Note 01.
