Start with a conversation
Share what you’re considering and the question you need help resolving. A short note is enough; you don’t need a finished brief.
Your part: tell us what you know.
Working with Pluszerotwo / Your next steps
You bring the ambition and the questions. We help make the next decisions clear.
Your first step
A few sentences are enough. Budget, timing, and site details can be worked through together.

Each step should give you more clarity before asking you to commit to the next.
Share what you’re considering and the question you need help resolving. A short note is enough; you don’t need a finished brief.
Your part: tell us what you know.We review your note and may suggest a conversation or ask for a few useful details. We aim to reply within three working days.
Our part: give you a useful response. If the project and studio are a good fit, the proposal sets out the services, deliverables, fees, payment stages, and responsibilities for you to review.
Together: make the scope and expectations clear.Once the appointment is confirmed, we align the brief, available site information, priorities, and next milestones before design work moves forward.
Together: establish the project’s starting point.02 / Before our conversation
This is a guide, not a submission checklist. Missing information won’t stop a first conversation.
Think about who the project is for, how the space should support daily life or operations, and the one question you most want answered.
A general location and whether you own, control, or are evaluating the property are useful. If you already have a survey, site photographs, or an existing plan, keep them handy. You don’t need to commission documents just to contact us.
A rough range or a constraint is useful; “I need guidance” is also a valid answer. Tell us whether a figure refers to construction or the overall project. Let us know if a meaningful date affects your plans.
If someone else will help make the project decisions, consider inviting them. This helps us understand the priorities and questions together.
There’s no need to enter them again. Reply to the existing conversation if anything has changed.
03 / After appointment
We’re developing a client workspace around the things that matter: your current phase, the next milestone, decisions needing your input, and the latest issued documents.
